Terms

• One account per person, in your real name.
• You must be 18 or older. Nepali Nexus is for adults only, and you confirm your age when you save your profile.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

• No paid referrals. Never charge, or ask for money, for a job referral or an introduction.
• No paid viewings. Never charge a fee or ask for a deposit just to see a room.
• No scams. No fake listings, no requests for money up front and no moving people off the app to take payment.
• No immigration content. No immigration, visa or legal-status advice, services or discussion (see below).
• Be respectful. No harassment, threats or hate, and never share someone's address or private details.

Nepali Nexus is not a place for immigration, visa or legal-status topics, in any form: posts, replies, listings, events or Sathi questions. Our agents remove such content with a plain, neutral notice that the topic is out of scope; it is not a judgement about you. Sathi declines these questions. There is no immigration board. We never ask about your immigration status and have nowhere to store it.

Our operations agents (AI, working under rules we set) screen posts and reports. They can hold or remove clear breaks of these rules, and every action is logged with a reason. Serious cases, such as permanent bans, threats, harassment, sharing private details or anything involving a minor, are prepared by an agent and decided by a founder.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you why. You can appeal, and a founder — never the agent that acted — decides. To appeal, use the link in the notice or email [CONTACT EMAIL].

Sathi's answers are written by AI. They can be wrong or out of date, and they are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Check anything important with an official source or a qualified professional.

What you post stays yours. You let us show it in Nepali Nexus so the community can use it. If you delete your account, board posts stay but your name is taken off them.

How we collect, use and keep your information, and how to download, correct or delete it, is in our privacy notice. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not send text messages.

You can stop using Nepali Nexus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, subject to appeal.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
